Terms & Conditions

Welcome to DigitalRise. By engaging our services (Web Design, Graphic Design, or Printing), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Web Design

  1. Project Scope
All web design projects will be carried out according to the agreed scope of work. Any additional features or pages requested outside the original agreement will be treated as new work and charged separately.

  2. Timelines
Estimated timelines are provided at the start of the project. Timelines may shift if the client delays in providing content, approvals, or necessary feedback.

  3. Payments

  • A deposit (agreed upon in advance) is required before work begins.

  • The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before the website goes live.

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has started.

  1. Revisions
Up to two (2) design revisions are included. Additional revisions will attract extra charges.

  2. Ownership
Full ownership of the website design and files will be transferred to the client only after full payment has been received.

  3. Hosting & Domain
Unless otherwise agreed, hosting and domain registration are the responsibility of the client.

 Graphic Design

  1. Scope of Work
All design projects will be based on the agreed brief. Any extra requests will be quoted and billed separately.

  2. Deliverables
Final designs will be delivered in formats such as JPEG, PNG, PDF, or vector files, depending on agreement.

  3. Revisions
Two (2) to three (3) revisions are included depending on the package. Additional revisions will be billed separately.

  4. Payments & Refunds
Design fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

  5. Intellectual Property
Design ownership (including original editable files such as PSD, AI, or EPS) will be released to the client only upon full payment.

  6. Approval
The client must approve final designs before they are used, shared, or printed. DigitalRise is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of unapproved drafts.

 Printing

  1. Order Confirmation
Orders are considered final once the client approves the design and order details (sizes, colors, quantities, etc.).

  2. Product Changes
No changes to product type, color, or size can be made once printing has been completed.
👉 Example: If a client orders a Large T-shirt and it does not fit after printing, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

  3. Design Approval
Printing begins only after the client has approved the final design proof. Any errors (such as spelling mistakes, colors, or logos) that were not flagged during approval remain the client’s responsibility.

  4. Refunds & Returns
Refunds or returns are not accepted once items have been printed, except in cases of clear production defects.

  5. Turnaround Times
Production timelines vary depending on order size and material availability. While every effort is made to meet agreed deadlines, DigitalRise is not liable for delays caused by third-party suppliers or shipping.

  6. Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for supplying accurate product details, correct sizes, logos, and design files.
